There can be up to 50,000 listings in a feed. Compatible video types are swf, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .ra, .ram, .rm, and .flv although we highly recommend flv. The files must be available directly via HTTP.

Searchmercial Creative/Conceptual Suggestions:
1 Identify your goals
- Establish specific goals and success metrics so you can choose creative messages, keywords, and landing pages that will help you achieve your search objectives.
- Focus on relevance in everything you do, Make sure your video creative, landing page, and keywords connect people with exactly what they're looking for.
- A thumbnail is valuable; don't waste it. It announces your listing, and plays a main role in a visitor's decision whether or not to click your searchmercial. Think of it as a banner and be creative.
2 Produce clear, compelling videos
- Test multiple video creatives.
- Be concise - and avoid repetition.
- Mention the keyword in the video to show relevance.
- Emphasize unique aspects of your landing's page information, product or service.
- Include a strong call-to-action.
3 Choose useful destination pages
- Send users to a destination (landing) page that relates to your videos. If your videos offers a free product, link directly to the page that clearly displays that product.
- Target different destination pages with videos customized for those pages and use different keywords.
- Make it easy and intuitive for prospects to become customers.
4 Track results frequently and modify your efforts (Registration Required)
- Track your conversions. WWBN assigns a unique tracking URL to each of your videos and keywords to identify which of your customers clicked through to your site from your video. This will also tell you which ads and keywords converted the most clicks to sales.
- If a keyword isn't performing well, consider changing your keyword matching to exact match, for example, or delete it. However, if a keyword is performing well, add more keywords like it.

The World Wide Broadcast Network Services Agreement (WWBNSA) between YOU (either an individual or a single entity) (For the purposes of this agreement shall be referred to as THE USER) and World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. (For the purposes of this agreement shall be referred to as WWBN.com), for the World Wide Broadcast Network Platform System (For the purposes of this agreement shall be referred to as WWBN Platform System) and related products called for the purposes of this agreement (SOFT WARE PRODUCT), which provides online World Wide Broadcast Distribution Network capabilities, and may include associated media, required multimedia plug-ins, online documentation, entered text or printed materials (SOFT WARE PRODUCT) (Trademarks, Patents, Patents Pending & Copyrights Laws Apply).
PERMITTED USE: WWBN.com provides a rich-media gateway to information through its WWBN Platform System. By accepting the terms of the disclaimer on this page, users of the WWBN Platform System, (the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), are bound by the terms of this WWBNSA. If you do not agree to the terms of this WWBNSA, do not enter or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE: THE USER may not broadcast any of the following materials: Nudity, Brief Nudity, Bad Language, Products or Services that promote hate, criminal acts, sexual content, racism. This product is intended to provide prime advertising services to advertisers as well as consumers and may be viewed by minors.
THE CONTENT: Although WWBN.com, will continually monitor all content as closely as possible, we do not guarantee the content contained broadcasted on these sites. WWBN.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use the content itself. The Broadcaster is responsible for the content broadcasted through the Broadcast Network and shall be held responsible for such content distributed by the WWBN Platform System in terms of the content, their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.
LICENSED CONTENT: Only licensed content will be allowed for public broadcast. Public broadcasts pertain to non commercial broadcasts Pay Per View , Pre-Roll, Movies, Sitcoms, etc. once documentation has been submitted and deemed acceptable. Licensed content does not pertain to commercial broadcasts (such as advertisements, presentations, commercials, infomercials, company videos, etc.). The Broadcast Content is the sole responsibility of THE USER (the Broadcaster) and shall be held responsible for non ownership of broadcasted content without proper permission.
LICENSED CELEBRITY CONTENT: Only licensed content will be allowed once documentation has been submitted and deemed acceptable.
MULTIMEDIA: WWBN.com does not stream, store, or download video itself. The software application is a gateway for its use by the accounts content providers. The clarity, byte rate and content of multimedia information is the sole responsibility of the THE USERs content providers. WWBN.com, is not liable for incompatibilities that occur after release of the system, the capabilities of system requirements and/or compatibility of third party multimedia product plug ins described herein are the sole responsibility of the content providers. We are not responsible for links that are not updated although we check and monitor for updates and legitimacy.
THE SOFTWARE: The WWBN Platform System (the SOFTWARE PRODUCT) contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material. THE USER agrees that THE USER will NOT: (a) modify, rent, lease, loan, create derivative works based upon, copy or distribute the Software in whole or in part; (b) copy any of the written materials for any purpose; (c) assign this Agreement or transfer, export or grant a sublicense of the Software Product or the license contained herein to any other party unless authorized by WWBN.com, in writing; (d) copy, assimilate, socialize, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble any content, part, accessory, module, upgrade, peripherals, application or division of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way, shape, or form. It is not permitted by applicable international laws, notwithstanding any limitations or provisions.
PRIVACY: When THE USER registers an account, WWBN.com collects personal information such as your name, company information, and e-mail address. Once you register and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. WWBN.com collects and uses information for the following general purposes: to customize your usage experience in the (the SOFTWARE PRODUCT) and the content you see; fulfill your requests for services; improve our services; contact you; conduct research, and provide reporting for internal support and communication with you in regards to the software product. All information is kept confidential and it is not sold or redistributed. Its sole purpose is to enhance your experience within the software product.
SUPPORT SERVICES: WWBN.com may provide THE USER with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (Support Services). Use of support services is governed by the WWBN.com policies and programs described in the online user manual, and/or in other materials provided by WWBN.com Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the support services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS and subject to the terms and conditions of this WWBNSA. With respect to technical information THE USER provides to WWBN.com as part of the support services, WWBN.com may use such information for its business purposes, including product support and development. Confidentiality is the foremost consideration and any information gathered is solely for technical usage. WWBN.com will not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies users.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Although, WWBN.com is committed to ensuring that multimedia and websites that are viewed through our WWBN Platform System are accurate and reliable, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of the content on this site or at other sites to which we are partners, co-branded or linked. THE USER is responsible for determining the accuracy and reliability of the information provided to the system and is advised to search on all possible spelling variations of proper names for the creative part of the broadcast as well as other search criteria, to maximize search results and broadcast effectiveness. THE USER has the ability and responsibility to report any broken links to their multimedia. THE USER is also responsible and accountable to obtain the necessary media, creative, and broadband connection to ensure the utmost quality and reliability of their broadcast as it is distributed through the software product. WWBN.com shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for any damages in connection with the use of the information contained herein. Although WWBN.com, will continually monitor all sites as closely as possible, we do not guarantee the information contained on these sites. WWBN.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of WWBN Platform System or related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.

TERMINATION:
The service granted under this Agreement shall remain in effect until
terminated. THE USER may terminate this Agreement at any time. WWBN.com
(WWBN.com) may terminate this license without notice to you if THE USER fails to
comply with any of its terms. Any such termination by WWBN.com
(WWBN.com), shall be in addition to and without prejudice to such rights
and remedies as may be available, including injunction and other equitable
remedies.
